The art gallery houses more than 200 paintings by some of the most renowned Catalan artists from the 18th to the 20th centuries. It also includes the predella and the original gothic altarpiece form the church of Sant Miquel de Prats (16th century).

Now available for all members of the public to view, the collection originally came about due to the initiative of various Boards of Directors of Creand. Particularly pivotal was Jaume Casal i Vall, a board member from 1987 to 2002 and Chairman from 1998 to 2002, who first got the project off the ground. Aesthetic criteria and rigour have enabled the art gallery to become one of the most outstanding in its field
