On the obverse, draped and cuirassed bust of Honorius with pearl diadem with gem, surrounded by the legend D(ominus) N(oster) HONORIVS P(ius) F(elix) AVG(ustus) and a very deteriorated beaded rim. On the reverse, the emperor, standing wearing military dress, flanked by the letters M and D ¿abbreviation of Mediolanum, known today as Milan, the minting workshop). He holds a standard in his right hand and, in his left, a globe crowned by Victoria who offers him a crown of laurels. Captive at foot. Surrounding the figure, the legend VICTORIA AVGGG(ustorum trium) and a very deteriorated beaded rim.
